The following are due at move-in: $50 Application Fee, $200 Leasing Fee, $5 monthly Pest Control Fee, a Security Deposit of $250 for a 1-bedroom or $350 for a 2-bedroom (up to one month's rent based on screening results), and a $350 Pet Fee (if applicable). Applicants without a Social Security Number may be required to pay a deposit of 2x the monthly rent.

Parking is free and first come, first served. No assigned parking is available.

Residents have easy access to everyday conveniences and dining nearby, including Dunkin', CVS, Verizon, Discount Tire, uBreakiFix, Chuy's, and Take 5 Car Wash — all just a short trip from the community.

Yes! Squirrel Ridge Park is nearby, offering green space and outdoor recreation. Hidden Village also has its own inviting outdoor spaces including a scenic duck pond, pet park, picnic areas, and walking paths — all right at home.
What utilities are included in rent?
Utilities are not included in rent. A $5 monthly pest control fee is charged as part of your monthly charges.

Yes! An RTS bus stop is located near the entrance of the community. We do not have a designated rideshare meet-up area.
